Respect: Please be respectful of everyone. We all have different beliefs and feelings about what has transpired the past few months and we ask that you are considerate to other shoppers.
Symptoms: If you are ill, feeling ill, or have recently been around someone who is ill, we ask that you please stay home (We will still be here when you are better)
Social Distancing: Physical distancing at least 6 feet is considered respectful and considerate and should be practiced at all times when possible. Please follow all marking provided and practice patience as we will be limiting the amount of shoppers in the store at one time.
Because of the surprising turnouts at the store on Saturday’s we have decided to start handing out numbers beginning at 6:00 am or sooner to make sure that everyone has equal opportunities to purchase items in the store.
Since everything is on a first come first serve basis, in order to give the people who are physically at the store a chance to purchase items, we will not be able to accept phone payments until after 10:00 am
This week at the store all new items on Saturday will be marked with RED Tags. YELLOW Tag Items will be 25% off the Original Price and BLUE Tag Items will be 50% off the Original Price.

As always our pledge to you… You will never see an Off Site Estate Sale Item in our Store, or a Store Item in an Off Site Estate Sale.
Store items come from homes where an Estate Sale is not allowed. Some examples could be Parking Regulations, HOA Rules, Gated Communities, or they might not have a complete household of items for an Estate Sale.
